Nozzles Inc is a division of King Machining Inc of Indianapolis, Indiana.
With over 36 years of machining experience we are able to provide
the quality and expertise your company deserves. Our products have
an inside surface finish of 22ra and a tip finish 2-4ra. This helps
to reduce carbon build-up, excess back pressure in the manifold, and
other problems associated with low quality components. Our products
are available in 1/4, 3/8, and 5/16 tip diameter or to your specifications. We also use the following materials:
- Coldroll
- Ampco 940
- Heat Treated Tool Steel
- Stainless Steel
Available in chrome plating and XADC
XADC - harder than chrome, better release, excellent for abrasive materials
